2015 Parabellum Coulée Rhône Varietal Blend

56% Syrah, 44% Mourvèdre
Force Majeure Estate Vineyard, Red Mountain AVA

“The Rhône Blend entry cuvee is the 2015 Parabellum Rhone, and this beauty offers up ripe, rounded notes of peppery herbs, black fruits, hints of chocolate and licorice in a full-bodied, mouth-filling, textured package. It has terrific purity and is a downright sexy red to drink over the coming 5-6+ years. There are just 200 cases made.”

Parabellum Alluvio Bordeaux Varietal Blend

54% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot
Force Majeure Estate Vineyard, Red Mountain AVA

“The entry-level cuvée of the estate, the 2015 Parabellum Bordeaux is another mineral-laced effort that dishes up tons of ripe cassis and blackcurrant fruit, full-bodied richness and surprising structure and tannic grip on the palate. Nevertheless, it’s a sexy red that’s going to drink beautifully on release or with just short term cellaring. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, the two entry-level wines from this estate compete, or surpass, most estates’ top wines.”
