Parabellum wines are crafted by Force Majeure using fruit grown in selected blocks of our Red Mountain estate vineyard, and from lots classified during our blending process. Our goal with Parabellum is to produce beautiful, approachable and complex wines that can be enjoyed regularly and without extended aging, at lower prices.
